The Measures for Visitors to Enter CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library Study Area in Basement

  1. Only visitors aged over 15 may apply for a pass to CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library (hereafter referred to as “the Library”) Study Area in Basement.
  2. Types of passes: application is available at entrance and reception desk on Library 2nd floor
    (1)One-year pass: apply with NT$1000 maintenance fee and one photo
    (2)One-day pass: apply with valid ID card and return it before Library closes on a daily basis. A fine of NT$50/day will accumulate when overdue.
  3. Library is entitled to adjust the maximum number of visitors allowed to enter study area.
  4. Study area will not be available for visitors one week before and during school exam periods.
  5. Pass to study area can not be transferred to others and one pass can be valid for one person. Violator’s pass will be forfeited and will never be eligible for a pass.
  6. When patron loses pass, he/she needs to report loss to Library, fill out a copy of affidavit and pay NT$300 replacement fee.
