(1) 工程統計(50%)
  Show the statistical model and ANOVA table of Two-Factor Factorial Designs. Please design an application example and show the detailed implementation procedure to use this Two-Factor Factorial Designs. Please also discuss what and how factorial design can be used, if we want to investigate the impact of 20 factors to the performance measures of our interests.
     
(2) 案例分析(50%)
  Your company plans to move to e-Business (電子化企業). There are many hot terms such as B2B, B2C, ERP, CRM, PDM, SCM, MES, and BPR. Please show the full names of these terms and draw a picture illustrating their relationship and functions. The way to e-Business is expensive and risky. However, if your company does not move forward, it may be left behind by the competitors. How can you ensure the success implementation of your e-Business plan?
     
(3) 計算機概論(50%)
  Consider a complete network with N nodes (n=1,2,…N) and we want to find a path(without loops) from node 1 to node N.
1. Define your data structure about the node in C or other language.
2. Write down the flow chart for finding this path.
3. Write down the program in C or other language for finding this path.
     
(4) 作業研究(50%)
  1. Write down a standard form (you have learned before) of a linear programming problem. Try to use the economic way to derive and explain the dual problem according to your standard form.
  2. Define a M/M/S/K (S<K) queueing system and derive the limiting probabilities.
