1. Please design a code converter that converts BCD code to Excess-3 code. Plot the schematic of this circuits. (25%)
     
2. Please reduce the following state table to a minimum number of states. (25%)
 
     
3. A Moore sequential network has a input X and a output Z. The output Z is to be 1 iff the total number of X inputs which are 1 is an odd number greater than 2.
  (a) Derive its state graph.
  (b) Using your answer in (a), implement this network with D Flip-Flops and NAND Gates.
Please plot the circuit diagrams of this network. (25%)
     
4. A Mealy sequential network has a input X and a output Z. The output is to be 1 iff the input X are “1011” or “1100”. Please derive its state graph in a minimum number of states. (25%)
